Sheikh Ahmad Fathullah Jami

He -may Allah have mercy on him- was born in the town of Tokat in northern Turkey around the year 1929 (1347 Hijri). Shaykh Muhammad Zahid al-Kawthari

He is Muhammed Zahid bin Hasan al-Hilmi al-Kawthari – al-Kawthari tracing back to the village of al-Kawthari on the banks of the River Shiz in the Caucasus region. It is also said that al-Kawthari is the name attributed to one of his grandfathers. He is of Circassian origin from the ancient Shapsug tribe. He was born in the village of Haj Hassan Qureisi, near Düzce, which is about three miles east of Astana in Turkey, on Tuesday 27 or 28 of Shawwal 1296 AH / October 14, 1878.

Shaykh Muhammad Nawawi al-Bantani

Muhammed Nawawi bin Umar bin Arabi bin Ali al-Bantani, whose lineage goes back to Azmat Khan who was a descendant of Abdul Malik bin Alawi bin Muhammed Sahib Mirbat. He was born in the village of Tanara in the Banten district on the island of Java, Indonesia, in 1230 AH/1815. He was raised in an Islamic family. Sheikh Memon Zubair

Sheikh Memon Zubair - may God have mercy on him - was born in Indonesia in approximately 1348 AH corresponding to 1928 AD. He was brought up in a house of knowledge and faith and inherited from his father and grandfather, Karim Al-Khasal. Sheikh Muhammad bin Zakariya Al-Bukhari

He began seeking knowledge in his town when he was young, and when the Russians entered his country, he emigrated with his righteous mother on a arduous journey to Medina to escape from them. He received knowledge at the hands of a number of sheikhs and accompanied many scholars of his time, and he used to host them in his home in Medina, and he was known for his humility and his keenness to follow the Sunnah, perform supererogatory prayers, and preserve the rituals, and he was very kind to his mother.

Sheikh Abdul Baqi Al-Makashifi Al-Qadri

He is the one who knows God, Sheikh Abd al-Baqi al-Mukashifi al-Qadri (1867 AD - 1960 AD), one of the most prominent figures of Sufism in the Islamic world and Sudan. So his father, Hajj Omar, welcomed him and rejoiced with him with great joy.

Al-Habib Muhammad Sa’id Al-Bidh

Muhammad bin Sa’id Al-Bidh - may Allah have mercy on him - was a scholar and inviter to Islam. His lineage traces back to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. He was born in Kenya on Thursday night, the 19th of Safar, in 1361 AH, and he grew up there. He gained knowledge from its scholars, then worked in teaching, and traveled to several countries to call to Allah and to acquire and spread knowledge.

Sheikh Said Nursi

He is: Sheikh Saeed Al-Nursi, born in 1294 AH of Kurdish parents, in the village of Nawras near Lake Van, in the Hazan district of the Bitlis region in eastern Anatolia. He learned from some of the scholars of his family and joined the bond of noble knowledge, so he sought knowledge of it with his sheikh, Imam Ali bin Muhammad al-Habashi, and he took full knowledge from him, then he got married. Basiyun, then returned to Indonesia and settled in Karsi.

Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani

Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani’s lineage traces back to Shaykh Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani through his father, and through his mother to Shaykh Jalaluddin Rumi. He was born in Larnaca, Cyprus on the 26th of Sha'ban 1340 AH. He learned from many knowledgeable and righteous people, attaining the position of their deputyship. He passed away on the 8th of Rajab in 1435 AH in Nicosia, northern Cyprus. May Allah have mercy on him and benefit us through him.

Habib Fadl bin Alawi

Habib Fadl bin Alawi Mawla Al-Duwailah Ba’alawi (Fadl Pasha) was born, may God be pleased with him, in Rajab 1240 AH in Kerala, south of India, from a righteous and pious family whose lineage goes back to Al-Hussein bin Ali. To God's mercy on Friday of the month of Rajab in the year 1318 AH in the Ottoman capital Constantinople, may God have mercy on him and benefit us with him.

Habib Omar bin Ahmed bin Sumait

Mufti of the Comoros and chief judge. He is considered one of the most prominent Islamic symbols in the Comoros, and he is considered one of the pioneers of the reform movement in it, as he carried the banner of religious, social and educational reform, and called for a correct understanding of the Islamic religion. And in appreciation of his scientific and social efforts, his picture was placed on the currency of the Comoros.

Sheikh Mahmoud Effendi

Sheikh Al-Arif Billah Mahmoud Usta Osmanoglu, known as (Sheikh Mahmoud Effendi) was born in 1929 AD in the village of “Toshanli” in the town of “Ov” in the Turkish province of Trabzon to a Muslim family.

Sheikh Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Jaafari

His Eminence Sheikh Saleh bin Muhammad Saleh Al-Jaafari, he was born in the town of “Dongola” in northern Sudan in the year 1328 AH, and there he memorized the Qur’an and mastered it in its ancient mosque, then he was delegated to Egypt, to receive sciences in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
