Habib Ahmad Mashhour Al-Haddad

He is the beloved Imam Ahmed Mashhour bin Taha bin Ali Al-Haddad, he was born in the city of Qaydun from the Dawan Valley in the year 1329 AH, and he grew up in it and joined its ties. A group of sheikhs, including the scholar Habib Abdullah bin Taher Al-Haddad and his brother, the scholar Al-Habib Alawi in the Ribat of Qaydun, and he learned from the beloved Ahmed bin Muhsin Al-Hadar and the beloved Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Saqqaf, and immigrated to Java and learned from a number of its scholars, and he traveled to East Africa and appeared in it as a scholar and an imam and a preacher. God blessed him with hearts, and thousands of converts to Islam entered Islam with the blessings of his call and sincerity of his intention, and he used to frequent between Africa and the land of the Two Holy Mosques, where his children reside. Many of the followers of the aforementioned authorities took from him, and he has a close relationship with the beloved Abdul Qadir bin Ahmed Al-Saqqaf, as they used to meet in many councils in Jeddah and they had a successful trip to Africa in which they visited the beloved Omar bin Ahmed bin Sumait, and the beloved Ahmed settled in Jeddah until his death on Rajab 14 in the year 1416 AH and was buried in Makkah .
