Habib Abdul Rahman bin Obaidullah Al-Saqqaf

The Mufti of Hadramout and its judge, the beloved Abd al-Rahman bin Ubaidullah al-Saqqaf Ba’alawi al-Husseini - may God have mercy on him - his lineage is related to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He was born in Seiyun, Yemen in the year 1300 AH, and he grew up there. Especially Arabic literature and jurisprudence, and he took over the judiciary and fatwas in the presence of death. Among his students: Sheikh Ahmed Mashhour Taha Al-Haddad , Habbab Abdul Qadir bin Ahmed Al-Saqqaf , and many others.
He died in 1375 AH.
