Mr. Youssef Mr. Hashim Al-Rifai

Sayyid Yusuf Sayyid Hashim Sayyid Ahmad Ar-Rifai, born in 1932/1351 AH, was one of the most renowned religious scholars in Kuwait. He graduated from Kuwait University's Faculty of Arts, majoring in History, in 1970. Initially, he started his career in passport, residency, and travel management and later progressed to administrative and ministerial positions. He was dedicated to promoting Islam through various media channels and establishing organizations for dawah and charity to assist Muslims worldwide. He founded the "Institute of Islamic Faith" in Kuwait. He passed away in 2018/1438 AH.
